A secluded self contained property on 25 acres with unique frontage to Lake Eppalock for a quiet, casual, relaxed holiday.

Situated amongst undulating terrain, open grazing land studded with mature gum trees and native flora ensures a safe natural haven for bird species and families of kangaroos that lazily graze amongst the small olive plantation. Close to Bendigo and Heathcote.

Lake Eppalock Retreat is a very spacious modern split level home including ducted heating/cooling with an open fire, 2 adjoining living areas with an open plan family meals/kitchen area with all modern amenities such as a dishwasher and microwave.

Lake Eppalock Retreat has 5 bedrooms plus family room, 3 of these comprising queen size beds making it an ideal holiday for 3 families or couples. House sleeps up to 18.

With its picturesque setting Lake Eppalock Retreat is an ideal location for family reunions, hens pampering weekend, wine buffs, golfing groups, craft and scrap booking retreats, meditation and spiritual groups.

You will be impressed with our relaxing outdoor spa and BBQ area on the timber decked verandah with serene lake front views. Perfect for watching over the kids or for romantic alfresco dining.

Pets are allowed by arrangement.
